RCA Meetings

 For those of you who are interested, Minette has been contacted regarding a weaving loom and Alpaca yarn being available. Please contact Minette for information if you are interested: (928) 978-1119 

We’ve created a private Facebook group just for RCA members and supporters called RCA Member Channel. This group is a space to share artwork you’re working on or have recently completed, connect with fellow members, and receive updates and announcements from the RCA board and admin team.

To join, open Facebook and use the search bar to type RCA Member Channel. When you see the group with the thumbnail shown on this page, click it and request to join. All requests are approved by admin to help keep the group remain welcoming and focused for our members. We hope you’ll join us and be part of this creative, supportive community.

• 1: Please submit  3-18 high quality photos (JPG images, not PDFs), including a photo of the artist if desired. Please crop the artwork photos to include just the piece and/or frame. Take the photo straight on, in good lighting, and avoid glares from glass, or too bright of light and/or shadows. 

• 2: Photos should be 72-100 dpi, and at least 9"x9" which would translate to 900 dpi x900 dpi. Do not send higher resolution photos, or thumbnails (very small photos). Even if using a dpi converter, those programs won't be able to compensate for too small of images. Certain online  programs and features on your smart phone should be able to shrink down hi res images.

• 3: Artist Statement and/or Bio. I'm not picky about the number of words, but it should be in a copyable (editing feature enabled) Word or Pages document (Do not send PDF's). 

• 4: Any links to websites, online shops, social media accounts, or physical galleries or shops carrying their work, as well as Artist Contact information (phone number/email if desired~not required). 

• 5: Please let us know if you would also like to have your artist page featured on RCA's social media with a link to your RCA artist page.
